Why is my email service changing?

Our current email server is outdated, and the software has reached the end of its lifecycle.
To provide a more reliable, secure, and modern email experience, we will be discontinuing the current server on March 28, 2025.

You’ll need to transition to a new email service. To make this process as smooth as possible, we’ve partnered with Digital Safety, an experienced IT firm, to guide you through the transition.

What are my options for a new email service?

You have several options to choose from:

  1. Hosted Email Solution
    • Cost: Starting at $15/year per mailbox (plus a $25 setup fee).
    • Features: Reliable, budget-friendly email hosting for basic needs.
  2. Microsoft Teams with Email
    • Cost: $7.20 per user/month.
    • Features:
      • Integrated communication (email, chat, file sharing).
      • Access to the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
      • Secure and reliable platform with flexible device access.
  3. Google Workspace
    • Cost: $6 per user/month.
    • Features:
      • Access your email from any device, anywhere.
      • Built-in security features.
      • User-friendly management for passwords and settings.
      • Includes migration of the last 12 months of emails.
  4. Choose Your Own Email Provider
    • If you prefer, you may select and set up your own email provider.
    • Our partnership with Digital Safety is designed to simplify the transition for our customers, but you are welcome to manage the process independently if you choose.

  • Support: They provide remote and on-site assistance to ensure a smooth migration with minimal disruptions.
